EXY Group Plc in administration

The EXY Group plc and its UK subsidiaries were placed in administration on February 16^th 2005. The decision was made after careful consideration of the current cash needs of the group and the future prospects for the group.

 

Administration has been sought in order to provide the group with legal protection from its creditors whilst further restructuring and refinancing plans are considered.  During this period it remains the intention that the group shall continue to trade with the aim of “business as normal” and to emerge from the administration process at the earliest possible time.

 

IT Image Romania srl has not been placed into Administration and will continue to trade as normal.

 

RSM Robson Rhodes LLP has been appointed to act with Geoff Rowley, Simon Bower and Trevor O’Sullivan being appointed as Joint Administrators.
