Future Graphics Increases Customer Technical Support Staff
Future Graphics has increased its customer technical support sales staff by adding two highly qualified technicians with 16 combined years of industry experience. Kyle Parcher and Victor Garcia are now important members of the Future Graphics customer technical support sales staff, increasing the team to seven highly-trained technicians. In addition, FG has restructured the customer technical support department to better serve customers and overcome the technological challenges presented by escalating technology.
Included in the technical support group are three members of the Mitsubishi Kagaku Imaging Products MTS group who are available to Future Graphics customers who may have technical questions and concerns.
Kyle Parcher, formerly a technical sales manager, will continue to be an asset to FG customers, particularly the toner remanufacturing/ printer services channel. Victor Garcia brings invaluable hands-on experience from his years of copier service and repair.
Fred McIntosh, VP New Product Development, Future Graphics, takes over direct responsibility for FG customer technical support. “We now have seven highly-qualified individuals serving the needs of our customers,” said Fred McIntosh. “With this well-qualified team, we are confident that we can meet the needs of our customers, as well as provide the expertise to handle the challenges of the newer technologies being presented to the industry.”
