Future Graphics bolsters industry leading hands-on Technical Support Team

Future Graphics has appointed Charles Jon Zoetewey to its rapidly growing Customer Technical Support Team.

Chuck, as he likes to be called, began his career in the imaging industry in 1994 as a technician, repairing printers in the Los Angeles area. In 1996 he started his own business, remanufacturing cartridges, repairing laser printers and providing preventative maintenance. Having been a customer as a remanufacturer, he truly understands the customers’ perspective.

“I’m thrilled to join the highly qualified group of professionals with their premier level of technical expertise here at Future Graphics,” says Chuck. “It’s a great place to call home and I’m happy to be able to contribute my 13-plus years of laser remanufacturing experience and over 20 years of printer repair experience to our customers.”
