InkCycle announces online training

Jan 19, 2009

InkCycle has announced the addition of monthly complimentary dealer training sessions being offered online.

The InkCycle Dealer Training Sessions are designed to equip independent office products dealers and their sales professionals with important knowledge about how to increase sales, manage their dealerships, and to provide valuable sales training to account managers out in the field.  The ongoing monthly training classes have been created to ensure InkCycle dealers are providing the best possible service and advice to their end users.  The company believe the sessions will provide expert instruction to the attendees, helping them communicate the benefits of InkCycle ink and toner products to their end users.

First and second quarter training sessions have already been determined.  The first session will take place on Tuesday, January 27, and will feature “How to prospect by phone” with a special guest who has made a living setting phone appointments through cold calls.

Other training session subjects include: Overcoming the 5 most common sales objections; How to find Sales Killers – and diffuse them; New Sales Reps?  90 day action plan for success/Creating activity goals that produce results; Cold calling in person – does it work?; High impact, low cost marketing ideas.

“Online delivery allows us to economically reach a large number of dealers and their sales staff.  We will also be recording the presentations, and making them available as a training module at our InkCycle microsite, toolsfortraction.com,” Carl Little, Vice-President of the Dealer Sales Channel said.  “Dealers are going to love the exciting, informational way we deliver useful information to them, and we invite them to put the presentation on speaker phone and include their entire sales staff in the training.”

Your Account Manager can get you signed up for the training sessions.  For those who are not current InkCycle dealers, contact InkCycle toll-free at (800) 736-8877 or email clittle@inkcycle.com for more information.
