22nd January, Sydney , Australia . Epson announced on its website a new three year Preferred Warranty and Maintenance program exclusively for the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 solvent inkjet printer.
The warranty provides a range of benefits above those of the 12 month standard warranty, such as parts and labour, onsite scheduled preventative maintenance, priority job placement and telephone support, and direct assistance by a senior technician.
Epson’s Business Solutions Manager, Craig Heckenberg, said Epson’s close involvement with its customers across a range of industries meant it understood their special needs and, as a result, Epson strived to develop products and services that met and exceeded their expectations.
