The websites also benefit from Easy Group’s patented printer navigation tool, which assists customers in finding all available products for their specific printer or cartridge model quickly and accurately. The “printer supplies” finder is an elaborate tool that cross-references over 20,000 printer and cartridge models, identifies the commonalities, and lists all product options to the customer.
Combined with Easy Group’s product offering of over 4,000 products, the end result is that the customer is shown multiple options for their printer or cartridge model (OEMs, compatibles, refill kits, refill mailers and other options). “Having a tool that allows our customer to quickly and accurately identify their printer or cartridge model is priceless”, adds AtlanticInkjet owner Richard Walker. “When you combine a tool like this with attractive product and price options, well then you have an unbeatable combination”.
