VM Supplies, Kiev, have signed the fifth consecutive exclusive distribution agreement for AQC toner products for 2009-2010. The agreement was signed at the AQC Group USA manufacturing facility in Pompano Beach, Florida where they were invited by AQC to view the production toner facility.
The visit took place in February 2009. Peter Budaev and Sergey Veklenko from VM Supplies met with Lee Fowler, Director of Sales of AQC Group UK Ltd, and Marcus Wingate, Director of Worldwide Operations of AQC Group USA.
This agreement allows VM Supplies to be the only authorised distributor of AQC Toner products in Ukraine under their registered trademark “PATRON”. Lee Fowler told Recycler “This strategy and partnership works very well for both of us, as customers like to deal with companies within their own country who can offer an excellent service, technical back-up and are safe in the knowledge that AQC will not compete with VM Supplies customers in their own market.”
AQC sees VM Supplies as the perfect partner because they are one of the largest distributors of laser and inkjet components with a very reputable name in Ukraine.
