This alliance with FMAudit gives Kyocera Mita dealers the key visibility necessary for proactive replenishment of consumables, fleet optimization opportunities and accurate peripheral usage information for preventive maintenance servicing, along with other services.
While evaluating vendors to partner with for print assessment and remote monitoring offerings, Kyocera recognized the innovative technology of FMAudit software solutions, and their value in enhancing dealer’s sales opportunities and ongoing device management capabilities. This agreement is one of Kyocera’s recent initiatives to promote and enable their dealers to launch successful Managed Print Services (MPS) via their FASTtrack program.
“We are pleased to partner with FMAudit and provide our dealers with best-in-class print assessment and device management tools,” said Peter Hendrick, vice president, marketing for Kyocera Mita America. “A critical part of a successful MPS program is accurate, reliable and unobtrusive technology to track end-user device usage. We are pleased to be working with FMAudit as part of our FASTtrack program for dealers to implement an MPS business model to enhance their collaborative engagement and value-focused solutions portfolio for end-users.”
“We are very excited to be part of this very important initiative by Kyocera”, says Greg Allen, COO FMAudit. “Bringing together FMAudit’s comprehensive suite of software solutions, along with Kyocera’s MPS program, will dramatically improve the dealer’s business opportunities in the emerging print management marketplace.”
