OKI launches Total Managed Print with PageStart

OKI Data Americas rolled out its Total Managed Print, a Managed Print Services (MPS) offering, which features three levels of engagement to fit partners’ various stages of MPS adoption. Supported by the MPS Ready line of colour and monochrome single function printers, the rollout of Total Managed Print from OKI Printing Solutions begins with PageStart, a simple turnkey program that provides a way for partners to enter MPS, designed as a solution for end users that can be delivered by the channel.

 

With more than 70 percent of businesses estimated to be under an MPS contract by 2012, Total Managed Print from OKI Printing Solutions provides channel partners with a complete set of tools, programs and infrastructure to develop and grow a successful MPS business model.

 

PageStart offers partners a simple, turnkey program that provides the fastest way to start selling, servicing and supporting MPS opportunities. Designed with a simple pricing structure that includes a flat monthly fee for hardware and services and a cost per page (CPP) charge for each mono and colour page printed, PageStart removes the risk and costs required that are normally associated with developing a basic MPS program. Partners will also benefit from higher margins and locked-in revenue streams over the life of the agreement, providing a way for channel partners to improve customer acquisition, penetration and retention while eliminating the customer’s costly burden of service and support.

 

Later this year, OKI Printing Solutions will launch additional components of Total Managed Print, which will include FleetAssist and FullAccess, for channel partners who want to expand upon current MPS offerings or launch a full MPS business, but require additional support.
