ABRECI plans to take legal action against HP Brazil

ABRECI announced that its associates had unanimously approved the decision to undertake legal action against HP Brazil on 10th August 2009.
 
ABRECI acknowledges that the case will not be easy nor quickly resolved, but also states that above all the truth must prevail. And even if the court battle takes a long time, ABRECI says it believes it is the only way to fight back against the many untrue statements that have been made by HP Brazil in media advertisements.
 
“It is important to remark that until now HP Brazil was supported by our industry”, concluded ABRECI in the official announcement of the proceedings to be undertaken.
