Smith will work with the executive management team of the Group and, in particular, its founder and Chairman, Nat Hart, to further expand and develop the Group’s business.
Smith has worked in the IT Industry for 20 years, the last 10 of which with Hewlett Packard, Canon and Samsung. He held senior positions at HP for a number of years, including UK & Ireland SMB Manager and Commercial Marketing Manager, was Marketing Director of Canon Business Solutions, and ran the IT Business as its Director for Samsung Electronics UK.
A recognised business leader, Smith was shortlisted as B2B Marketer of the Year in 2007, and picked up the CNET IT Marketing Campaign of the Year 2007. At HP he helped develop its “Centre of Excellence” programme, and assisted HP in winning SME Vendor of the Year 01, 02 and 03.

Smith will primarily focus on developing and expanding the Group’s HP Smart Printing Services business, the Managed Print Solution.
