Brown says: “I see my role as defining OKI’s managed print offering in the UK and taking responsibility for its core elements from administration to marketing to logistics”.
“However, the key to OKI’s success in this sector will be how we engage with customers,” he adds. “We need to listen to their pain points, assess and identify their requirements and provide them with a bespoke tailored solution that fits those needs both today and in the future.”
Brown joined OKI Printing Solutions as a senior account manager for sales in 2007. Previously, he was a UK corporate account manager for the public sector at Lexmark and prior to that business development manager at Epson UK Ltd.
Previous roles include channel manager at DES Pty Ltd, a privately-held company operating in the business supplies and equipment industry and business development manager for professional digital photographic products at Eastman Kodak. In total, Brown has more than 15 years industry experience.
