Since joining West Point Products, MacKenzie has focused his efforts on analyzing industry data and presenting his findings both in person and in print to West Point Products’ managers, employees, and customers. He is a recognized industry speaker and contributing editor to a number of trade publications focusing on the document imaging industry.

Prior to joining West Point Products, MacKenzie held positions in Sales, Marketing, and Logistics management with a remanufacturing company in Toronto, Canada. He holds an honours degree in English and Economics from the University of Toronto, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Marketing Management. He is also a 2012 MBA candidate at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto, Canada.
