Print Audit posted a banner year of growth in 2009, concluding the year with record sales and profits in December. The print management company attributes its recent successes to innovations including rules-based printing and their Machines In Field Review Program. Print Audit sold 65,000 seats of Print Audit 6 in December alone and saw a 450% increase in profits compared to December 2008.
Much of this year’s growth is due to Print Audit’s Machines in Field Review Program, which allows office equipment dealers to increase profits in their current accounts while significantly lowering their customers’ printing costs and environmental impact. For example, dealers can implement Print Audit 6 to redirect print jobs away from high-cost printing devices to their own, more efficient machines.
Print Audit 6 also allows organizations to charge users or clients for printing, force users to print on both sides of the pages, limit colour usage, maintain document security and regulatory compliance, and more.
“The Machines in Field program has been tremendously successful in helping to prove the value of print management to organizations world-wide,” said John MacInnes, President and CEO of Print Audit. “We have created a variety of tools which make it easy for office equipment dealers to get started with the Machines in Field program today.”
