Hewlett-Packard India announced Rajiv Srivastava as new Chief Operating Officer on Wednesday. As COO he will be part of the central leadership team and will be responsible for the company’s growth and business performance.
He will also take charge of managing the financial and commercial impact of business decisions across the organization.
A graduate of BITS and the University of Delhi, Srivistava has almost 24 years of industry experience, with a history of specializing in growth and business strategy. His most recent position was head of Microsoft India’s enterprise and partner group, with past roles including Compaq, Escorts Yamaha and Nagarjuna Steels.
At HP India he will be reporting to Managing Director Neelam Dhawan.
“India is an important growth market for HP. Srivastava brings with him a vast pool of experience and proven business leadership skills. With his strategic insights, he will be able to bring immense value to the organization and help drive business to the next level,” said Dhawan.
