Media Sciences International (MSI) announced today that it is facing delisting from the NASDAQ exchange.
The solid ink and colour toner manufacturer is subject to delisting as it has not regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price required for continued listing with NASDAQ.
MSI has requested a hearings panel to review the decision, which will stay the delisting until a conclusion is reached.
