Apr 7, 2010

American firm Clover Technologies announced that “operations are uninterrupted” in its Northern Mexico and Southern California plants after an earthquake in Northern Mexico.

It operates multiple facilities in the two regions and reported minor damages to them. There are no reported injuries to any of the over 2,000 employees.

Manufacturing and distribution operations will not be impacted by these damages and Clover anticipates no disruptions to customers’ service levels.

COO of Clover George Milton said: “First and foremost, we are focused on the well-being of our employees and their families through this event.

“As we work through this, our comprehensive disaster recovery plan ensures extensive safety stocks and gives us the ability to source product from multiple Clover manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide.”

Clover provides vertically integrated, closed-loop environmental solutions, including the recycling and remanufacturing of imaging supplies. Founded in 1996 and with annual revenue of over $400 million, it is one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the US.
