Jerffrey W. Hayzlett’s resignation will be effective from 28 May, and he will provide transitional services for the company until the end of August.
Hayzlett said: “When I joined Kodak four years ago I knew that we could do great things together, and I have not been disappointed. I love this company, I love this brand, and I am proud of what we have accomplished.
“Kodak is definitely on the right track, and the time is now right for me to devote my full energy to a variety of personal projects.”
Hayzlett joined Kodak as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of its Graphic Communications Group in 2006. He later became Chief Business Development Officer and was elected corporate vice president by the Board of Directors in 2007. Finally in 2009, he became Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Antonio M. Perez.
“We thank Jeff for his contributions to the company, and we wish him well in his future endeavors,” Perez said.
Kodak has said it plans to reposition the CMO role and restructure the office to fit the company’s growth strategies.
