According to the company, the event will guide dealer executive teams through a step-by-step development of a business model and operational structure, selection of MPS infrastructure resources, marketing strategies, sales force engagement, compensation, and a go-to-market strategy.
GreatAmerica said that dealer executive teams will work both collaboratively and in break-out sessions to reach key decisions and document them in a take-home Navigator Training Manual and Resource Glossary.
Senior Vice President and General Manager at GreatAmerica Jennie Fisher said: “The Navigator Business Planning session was developed to bring dealers a proven process and associated tools to complete a comprehensive business plan and model for MPS success.
“Navigator is not another training presentation; participants leave the session with their business plan, assigned accountability and a timeline to implement MPS.”
Steven Power of Sales & Marketing Solutions International will facilitate the event. He added: “This comprehensive business planning process was developed with interviews and input with successful MPS dealers from across the country which offers the insight participants need to make decisions and move forward with MPS.”
The one and a half day MPS Navigator Executive Team Business Planning session will run from 24 to 25 August in Greenville, South Carolina.
