Andrew Gardner, WW Brand Protection Manager at Lexmark International, was named Chairman of the Board. He succeeds John McIntyre, Sustainability Manager at Samsung Electronics America.
Jeffrey Kwasny, Anti-counterfeiting Programs Manager at HP, was elected Chair-Elect; Sharon Kreps Channel Marketing Manager at Epson America was elected Treasurer; and Kathy Tarsiewicz, Senior Manager of Consumables at Oki Data Americas was elected Secretary.
President of the Coalition Allen Westerfield said: “The members and board of directors want to thank John and Samsung for their proactive involvement and support of the ISC. Our new Chairman, Andrew Gardner, brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the Chair. With his leadership we look forward to continuing our efforts to prevent counterfeiting and fraud in the imaging supplies industry.”
He added: “Each of the officers has a depth of experience in the imaging supplies industry and are leaders in their companies’ efforts to protect their brand and their customers from illegal activity.”
The ISC is a non-profit association of imaging supplies original equipment manufacturers.
