Tom Price, Ink-O-Dem’s Ace Hardware Business Development Manager, said: “This is a great way for people to try inkjet refills without any risk as our ACE Hardware stores are providing complimentary refills their first week.
“It’s especially suitable for people who have never refilled their inkjet cartridges before now and have interest in participating in something that is environmentally responsible.”
Ink-O-Dem, a subsidiary of TonerHead, Inc, produces cartridge refilling and testing machinery used by retailers and universities. As reported by the Recycler, it most recently began providing a refill service at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ink-O-Dem also hosted a previous series of free ink days at Hi-School Pharmacy stores in Oregon.
