Two new Directors at Lexmark

Coleman is Chairman and CEO of Unisys Corporation, a $4.6 billion global information technology company that provides a portfolio of IT services, software and technology that solves critical problems for clients.

Cohon is President of Carnegie Mellon University, a global research university that consists of seven colleges and schools. It is recognized for its arts, business and technology programmes.

Lexmark Chairman and CEO Paul Curlander said: “We are pleased that Mr. Coleman and Dr. Cohon are joining the Lexmark Board of Directors.
