The company says that Riley’s “impact had been felt in several of the region’s most efficient production facilities”.
Riley has over 15 years’ experience in budgeting, planning and leading teams to achieve best practice performance.
InkCycle said: “His effectiveness at building cross-functional teams has already made a positive impact on the company.”
The new addition has worked as Vice President of Operations for MartinLogan, a stereo and home theatre speaker manufacturer. His main responsibility was to drive strategic operations requirements to support the sales growth of the company. He also developed the Lean and Six Sigma best practices process for the company.
According to InkCycle, most recently, Riley held an Operations Director position at Polytainers, a firm that designs, produces and prints thinwall rigid plastic containers for the food and dairy industry.
