The FS-1370DN, aimed at small workgroups with its standard network functionality, and the FS-1320D, suitable for individual use, join the recently launched FS-1120D.
With an engine speed of 35 pages per minute and 32-megabyte standard memory, the FS-1320D is equipped to support busy individuals.
The FS-1370DN, on the other hand, is suited for higher volume and complex document printing as it has a 128-megabyte standard memory.
The devices incorporate a 250-sheet paper tray as standard, which can be expanded with options to a maximum of 750 sheets if required. Additional capacity is provided by a 50-sheet multipurpose tray, which enables the use of non-standard media up to a maximum weight of 220gs.
Both printers offer 1200 dpi resolution and minimize noise pollution with an optional half speed mode that reduces noise to just 49 decibels.
As with other Kyocera printers, the new machines also feature paper duplexing, helping to reduce paper consumption.
The FS-1320D and FS-1370DN have been designed according to the ECOSYS concept and incorporate long life components to significantly reduce the waste impact of consumables. Kyocera says that this also ensures high reliability and gives the products a maximum duty cycle of 50,000 pages per month.
“Both devices benefit from the ECOSYS low waste toner system which dramatically reduces toner waste by volume compared with conventional toner systems,” added the OEM.
Product Manager at Kyocera UK Tracy Stone said: “The FS-1320D and FS-1370DN complete our line-up of high performance desktop laser printers. Their speed and reliability make them suitable for demanding desktop users, while their robust design and high duty cycle means that they can handle higher volumes if required.
“The FS-1320D and FS-1370DN join the FS-1120D, launched earlier this year, ensuring that Kyocera offers a full range of mono desktop devices to meet every user requirement.”
The FS-1320D is available for £179, excluding VAT, and the FS-1370DN is priced at £218, also excluding VAT.
