Ratcliffe worked as an Engineer for Ikon Office Solutions for over 20 years, so he brings with him experience of the copier industry, particularly in Ricoh and Canon products.

Allcopy Products was founded in 1996 and supplies independent Canon and Ricoh dealers throughout the UK.
