Some HP printers already support Airprint but the company is expanding its support for Apple’s mobile devices.
The new HP models with AirPrint support include the HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One, HP Officejet 6500A e-All-in-One the OfficeJet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One, the HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One, the HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus e-All-in-One, and the HP Officejet Pro 8500A Premium e-All-in-One.
On the subject of printing from mobile devices, Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, commented: “Lots more coming soon. It’s what it takes to make a giant leap to driverless printing, which is huge.”
