Turbon launches lawsuit accusing HP of stealing secrets
Turbon International yesterday filed a lawsuit against HP accusing the company of stealing its trade secrets and using them to jeopardize the company, Reuters reports. The complaint adds “any further actions by Hewlett-Packard to use or disclose Turbon’s confidential trade secret information would be fatal for Turbon and the remanufacturing industry as a whole.”
