OCP continues traineeship programme

Sep 5, 2011

OCP has hired three new trainees after extensive recruitment tests and interviews for their traineeship programme.

Thomas Diehl, Pia Schäfers and David Graudejus will join OCP’s current retinue of trainees, with ten in total.

They will be instructed for three years, now commonplace in Germany, and will be taught the necessary theoretical skills in trade school for two days of the week. The remaining three days will be spent at OCP headquarters in Bochum, acquiring practical ability.

The trainees will change departments every three months to instil an awareness of how the company operates as a whole while being able to work in each single department.

OCP currently has seven trainees at midpoints of their apprenticeships, following the successful graduation of two former trainees.
