Four new models expand HP’s comprehensive inkjet range.

Hewlett-Packard has announced the launch of four new all-in-one (AIO) inkjet printers with the Envy 110 and three new additions to the Photosmart family.

The Envy 110 is billed as a “premium print experience”, and particular focus has been put into creating a sleek machine for home users, with a compact design and retractable paper tray. The device is also said to have a quiet running speed.

The Envy uses pigment-based HP 60 Black and dye-based HP 60 Tri-colour ink cartridges. The printer’s top speed is gi ven as 30ppm in monochrome, or 25 ppm in colour, and it can produce a colour photo print in 70 seconds.

A wide range of HP’s latest connectivity features have also been included in the machine, including access to the ePrint and AirPrint wireless options, and the ability to use apps directly on its touchscreen.

Meanwhile HP has also launched the Photosmart 7510, 6510 and 5510 all-in-one inkjet printers.

The 7510 is the most advanced of the three, using five individual inks to allow more customer versatility in replacing them.

Using HP 564 series of ink cartridges, HP says the machine can produce “lab quality” photos, along with an impressive top speed of 33 ppm in black and 32 ppm in colour. The less advanced 6510 and 5510 lack the five-ink system and boast reduced printing speed, but still feature advanced scanning and connectivity features.

The HP Envy 110 will debut this month at around $440, while 7510, 6510 and 5510 will launch next month at $387, $307 and $261.
