UK consumables and components supplier Cartridge Line has been named as an officially approved repair centre for Brother printers, reports Dealer Support.
The company’s trained engineers will now carry out Brother repairs at its Exeter and Plymouth-based facilities. Cartridge Line says its status as an approved company will give it access to
updated service materials and support from Brother staff.
Cartridge Line Managing Director Craig Collins said: “As an approved repair partner of Brother UK, we will now be able to target resellers in the South West and work with them to carry out warranty
repairs on a more local basis. In addition, it will enable us to offer a more complete service to our customers.”
Rob Bridges, Head of Reseller Sales at Brother, added: “Adding Cartridge Line to our list of approved repair centres means that we can continue to offer our customers a better choice in their service process – ensuring that the work is done by trained personnel. This will help to increase customer satisfaction levels in the South West region, as well as the overall customer experience with Brother.”
Cartridge Line has been in operation since 2002, and alongside repair work it provides OEM and third party ink and toner cartridges, as well as components such as OPCs and drums.
