Molecular cleaning materials specialist FortyTwo has partnered with refiller Refill24 to utilise and provide their revolutionary cleaning agent to Refill24 stores in Spain.

The Recycler on the liquid cleaner, explaining that “usually with cleaning agents, you would submerge the cartridge in a bowl full of the agent, wait two or three days and hope for the best”.
He continued: “Our cleaning tool is guaranteed to work, and within one hour. It works on the molecular level, what we call the pizzeria effect; when you’re in a pizzeria and you smell something delicious, you naturally want to order it. Our liquid provides the ink molecules something more appealing to stick to besides itself.
“It is not so much a cleaning agent but a cleaning tool. Like using a hammer, it requires
some skill but once you learn, it works perfectly.” Frahne remarked on demonstrating the liquid to Refill24, who were “so surprised and amazed.”
FortyTwo have also developed a “U-Sonic Fluid”, that is listed on FortyTwo’s website as
being able to “dissolve the ink in the nozzles and cleans cartridges which have been dry for a long time. At the same time it cleans and maintains the electronic contacts on the cartridges.”
Harold Nordhausen, CEO of Refill24 España, commented: “After numerous tests in our shops and with close analysis of the results, we decided to partner with FortyTwo. The results were much better than with conventional cleaners
“In the past, the customer had to wait days for the cleaning of their cartridges. This is now unnecessary. This has great benefits for the customer’s service and an incredible gain in the efficiency for our shops. Now, there is hardly any cartridge that cannot be reused.”
FortyTwo, which started operating in June 2011, plans to expand its range to Refill24 branches in Portugal.
