The CartridgeExpert Machine is touted as differing from Walgreens and OfficeMax systems, utilising a patented individual ink delivery system produced to match the exact brand and type of cartridge that customer requires “similar to the Keurig coffee model”.
The placement in the Greenville UPS Store follows the company’s business model of targeting hometown pharmacies and local office supply retailers, which are claimed as “an
excellent match for this service” and state “many stores break even and are even making profits in their very first month of operation”.
Stores equipped with CartridgeExpert Machines are also developing the Bring In Your Cartridges charity drive, designed to prevent unneeded landfill waste and keep cartridges from being melted down and destroyed.
