The components supplier has launched webinar videos for its NeverTab PCRs and the remanufacture of the HP P1505 cartridge.
The NeverTab PCRs, recently launched by the company, are featured in a new webinar that Static Control says will help customers “learn everything they need to know about troublesome toner additive build-up”, an issue that affects many in the industry that Static Control states “has been eliminated” with its new PCR technology. The webinar contains “detailed 3-D animation and a link to an interactive e-brochure”.
The company’s second webinar released details the remanufacturing process for an HP P1505 cartridge, featuring easy to follow instructions and 3D animations to guide the customer through the remanufacturing of the cartridge.
The step-by-step guide includes tips on “cartridge sealing”, how to “avoid print defects”, and other information, with the company stating that “customers have stated that webinars are great reviews for technical support staff” as well as a “simple way to get clarification on instructions”.
