The company’s ProBlack Toner and drum have been designed for use in Epson’s AcuLaser M1200.
The company states that the ProBlack toner and the OptiPrint II OPC drum are “developed to provide a consistent quality output for this compact monochrome laser printer”, which is designed for use in small or home office (SOHO) environments.
Goat Labs added that the toner has an “average Black Image Density of 1.51”, and “back grounding was rated at 0.04” with the character fill “rated to be excellent”.
The Epson AcuLaser M1200 can print up to 20 ppm in monochrome, and features print quality resolution of up to 600 dpi. Goat Labs adds that the printer has “one of the best duty cycles on the personal printer market” due to its ability to print up to 15,000 pages per month.
There are two types of cartridge available for the AcuLaser M1200, including a high capacity cartridge (S050523) that can print up to 3,200 pages, and a standard capacity cartridge (S050520) that can print up to 1,800 pages.
