123inkjets.com opens its first physical storefront location, aiming to produce a “more connected feeling” with customers.

123inkjets.com has announced the opening of a new physical storefront location in Ventura County, and intends to produce a “much more connected feeling than shopping for supplies on the web”.
The retailer states that it will be able to bring about an emphasis on customer service, and will be able to supply a greater selection of printer supplies due to the “narrow focus of [their] product offerings” compared with a nearby Staples location.
123inkjets remark that providing a “friendly face and a more personal level of customer service has proven to be an advantage in this first foray into brick-and-mortar business”, highlighting one example of a customer “who travels from Glendale for his remanufactured HP Q6000 toner, likes to stop and converse with the store employees during each visit”.
Store Manager Amy Miers commented: “The retail store has continued to build a customers base; most are very loyal and talk about how much they enjoy coming in.”
