Xerox company acquires Illinois-based MPS provider to expand distribution.
Global Imaging Solutions (GIS), a Xerox Company has acquired Martin Walen Office Solutions in a move to expand Xerox’s office and printing technology and MPS to Illinois.
In addition to providing document management and MPS, Martin Whalen Office Solutions has distributed Canon and Kyocera photocopiers, printers and MFDs, and has locations in Bradley, Tinley Park and Channahon within Illinois. It will now add Xerox’s full range of MPS and printing technology to its portfolio.
