Chinese remanufacturer Speed Infotech Holdings has announced that it has opened a new operations centre in Bulgaria in a bid to better serve the European market.

The European service centre, located in the Black Sea port city of Varna, will receive printer cartridges due for inspection from clients across Mainland Europe, and will also be responsible for product testing new models due to sale in the European market.

Speed spokesperson Alex Chan commented: “A Europe-based service centre enables us to form a closer link with our primary market. We will be able to respond to client needs faster and more efficiently, have greater confidence in new model launches that have been extensively pre-tested, and we will be able to accumulate a huge amount of data regarding the performance of our competitor products.”
