Axess SalesPro is designed to “assist dealers develop and implement” MPS sales.

The programme is an online sales training system to aid implementation of an MPS sales process, with West Point Products noting that it has also been tailored “to allow dealers’ employees to learn on their own schedule”.

The software features a “comprehensive” education curriculum, complete with documents and reference materials including quizzes, as well as reporting features to allow managers to “track employees’ progress”. This tracking feature can be either daily or weekly depending on the managers’ choices.

The system is being offered to West Point Products’ dealers on a subscription basis, which includes an option for “unlimited seats” that extends training to all employees.

Ray Loisel, Senior Vice President of MPS for West Point Products, stated: “Axess SalesPro was developed to help dealers meet their training needs, with in-depth and actionable content in an online format, which will help the dealer manage their training costs by eliminating the need to travel.

“This training will empower sales reps to have the knowledge and the materials they need to implement a proven sales process.”

Tom Day, President of West Point Products, added: “We developed Axess SalesPro with the dealers success in MPS sales as our goal. This is another way we are adding value to our customers and helping them grow through our Axess MPS Program.”
