david-hymers-web-200x133UK franking cartridge remanufacturer announces that it has been chosen to be office rental company’s mailroom maintenance provider.

Metro House, an office rental company based in the UK, has chosen Totalpost Services Plc as their preferred mailroom maintenance provider, which Totalpost says will save the company 75 percent annually compared to their existing supplier renewal notice.

Managing Director of Metro House, Karen Tunn, said: “We had been with our current franking machine company for several years but found that costs were rising. We needed a way to keep this service at a more affordable cost.

“I approached Totalpost who were able to advise us on how we could utilise our existing equipment for less and offered us a mailroom maintenance service at a fraction of the cost. Rather than offering a like for like solution, Totalpost looked at our requirements and tailored a package to suit us which in turn saved us money.”

David Hymers, Managing Director at Totalpost, commented: “We explored all suitable options for this client such as early upgrade of equipment, varying levels of maintenance cover, utilising compatible remanufactured Totalpost ink cartridges as well as offering advice on services currently being used with Royal Mail. All in all we listened and worked with the customer to find a best fit and not a ‘one size fits all’ method of working.

“Many companies that use OEM manufacturers and other dealers feel that they are obliged to continue to do so, however this is not the case. Totalpost are able to work with companies to provide maintenance, consumables and advice at a fraction of the OEM cost.”
