Laser OptionsLaser Options celebrates 20th anniversary by launching new business solutions

Phoenix-based remanufacturer announces business solutions to increase office efficiency as it reaches its second decade.

Laser Options has remanufactured printer cartridges and provided printer repair services to clients in the US since it was founded in 1993, and has now announced that over the past three years it has grown into a full service business technology organisation, offering numerous new business solutions to help customers increase staff productivity, streamline workflows and minimise their carbon footprint.

Claiming that its IT and office infrastructure support can save customers up to 40 percent, Laser Options’ newly developed INFOtrack process consists of three steps that allows the company to gather a client’s data, analyse the data and then develop a customised future state program that will best fit that client’s individual needs. MPS, managed IT services, business process automations solutions, document management and email archive solutions are all included in the office automation service, as well as servicing the top multi-function copiers and printers available.

Commenting on the company’s change in direction, Jeff Masters, President and CEO of Laser Options, said: “While Laser Options had great success with their manufacturer direct offering remanufactured laser printer cartridges and printer repair services, we wanted to take the company to the next level, by providing an even wider array of services—all built around the foundation of saving our customers money.

“Our company goal is three-fold: to see our business through the eyes of our customers and either develop or source solutions to assist them to achieve cost efficient office solutions that bring them greater efficiency and productivity; help them preserve the environment by providing sustainable solutions such as remanufactured printer cartridges that would otherwise be filling up our landfills; and lastly, be a good corporate citizen by giving back to our local community; supporting local non-profit organizations and local businesses and organizations whenever possible.

“As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we feel that we have made great strides in providing new business automation solutions for our clients and we will continue to seek out new and improved workflow options that will help their bottom line even further.”
