The collector and broker, which was acquired by Clover in 2011, has revamped its website to add “enhanced features, functionality and content”, with an online purchase order processor that “provides instant access to customer account details”, along with an integrated loyalty points programme and “instant access to payment and shipment tracking information”, as well as a direct deposition option that allows customers to “receive payment even faster”.
Additional features of the improved website, www.oprausa.com, include its direct link to OPRA’s account information, “giving visitors secure access” to account details, as well as “real-time buyback pricing”, “order tracking and purchase receipts reports”, “payment updates”, “access to direct deposit” and “loyalty reward points tracking”.
