The MFC J4510DW is said to be Brother’s “most technologically advanced” model.
Voxy.co.nz reported that the device, which was previously launched in Canada in 2012 is said by Brother to be its “sleekest, smallest and fastest” inkjet printer to date, with “bold, curved edges, black and white styling and a gloss finish” creating a “model of style and substance” that “complements the lifestyle of the home user, small and home office market and small to medium-sized businesses”.
The machine, added Brother, prints in landscape mode, which “drastically reduces the depth and overall footprint of the machine”, making it the smallest Brother inkjet “ever produced” despite its ability to print in A3. The device can also print faster due to a larger printhead featuring 1,680 nozzles, and can print 20ppm in monochrome and 18ppm in colour.
The OEM adds that it is also “affordable to use” because it has taken into account customer “cost consideration” with high-yield and super high-yield inkjet cartridges with yields of 600 and 1200 pages respectively, benefitting the user as they “save money as a result of a lower cost per page printed”.
The machine also features wireless connectivity, web and mobile printing, and a low energy standby power saving mode meaning it has Brother’s “lowest power consumption of any model to date”.
Graham Walshe, Executive Chairman and Group Leader Marketing for Brother in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, stated: “We are very proud of our new multifunction range as we’ve really focused on customer requirements, including the need for occasional A3 printing, high yield cartridges and double sided printing to keep costs down and reduce our environmental impacts.
“Combine this with the smooth lines and overall aesthetic, and Brother’s market leading after sales services, we are confident that the qualities our customers demand have been met and exceeded with our latest multifunction release.”
