The manufacturer’s toner is designed to replace Canon’s IRA c5045 and 5051.
The Berkshire-based company states that the new toner can be used in the OEM’s IRA c5030 and 5040 machines as well as the IRA c2020 and 2030 MFP devices. The “successful” range of printers from the OEM is now “compliment[ed]” by Data Direct’s new toners.
The company notes that “all toners carrying the DD image logo are exclusive to Data Direct” and “are supported with a unique product quality guarantee”. Data Direct added that its supply chain policy “continues to focus on product purchases direct from manufacturers”, and that its work on R&D and quality control has meant that “product longevity” and “yield” are all “assessed independently before going to market”.
