Triton wins court case over Toner Plus debts

CGavelourt orders Toner Plus Southwest to pay debts to conversion kit manufacturer .

Following a hearing held on 11 January regarding Triton Precision Engineering’s Motion for Summary Judgement over debts owed to the company by Toner Plus Southwest, the County Court of Travis County, Texas stated that it “has considered the pleadings, official records on file in this cause, and the arguments of counsel, and is of the opinion that final judgement should be rendered for Plaintiff”.

As part of the ruling, Toner Plus Southwest has been ordered to pay Triton $18,042.32 (€13,983.21) “as the principal amount due”; $3,612.24 (€2,799.57) “as interest on the principal amount to date of judgement”; $6,014 (€4,661) for attorney fees; interest of five percent per year “on the foregoing from the date of judgement until paid”; as well as all costs of court.

The court also stated that Triton will have “all writs of execution and other process necessary to enforce this judgement” and that the judgement is appealable.
