First aftermarket printer manufacturer deems first sales meeting in Zhuhai a success.
Pantum International representatives and sales directors from across regions including the Asia-Pacific, EU, Middle East and Africa, North America and Latin America attended the company’s first ever global sales meeting in Zhuhai, China, enabling the printer manufacturer to “clarify and understand” its strategy and develop global sales.
The three-day meeting took place between 10 and 12 April and saw participation from all of Pantum’s functional departments and sales teams, with the first day focusing mainly on functional departments including marketing, financial, operation and human resources. The second day then focused on delivering a sales update, with sales directors from different regions sharing detailed updates on Q1 targets and achievements and their plans for Q2 along with key strategies. Team discussions and presentations then took place on the final day of the meeting.
Pantum said that throughout the event, all attendees were actively involved in group discussions, resulting in team bonding and effective communication between the different regions. In addition, a teambuilding activity and gala dinner was organised on the final day to mark the end of the meeting.
Jackson Wang, CEO of Pantum International, commented: “I think the team has been working hard and made great progress in the past one year. Everyone contributed and played a vital role. Based on the three-day informative discussion and past one year’s achievements, we are confident and believe that we are on the correct path in building a global brand —PANTUM. “
