Toner Warehouse will distribute the OEM’s printers across Australia.
ARN reported that the Sydney-based distributor will handle the OEM’s printer hardware and consumables as an authorised distributor in Australia to resellers.
Toner Warehouse had already been distributing the OEM’s consumables in the lead-up to the deal, and the distributor views the deal with Fuji Xerox as an “opportunity to provide the vendor with extra revenue and margin opportunities”, whilst the OEM notes that the partner programme “is designed to assist in the expansion of our authorised resellers”.
David Borg, Fuji Xerox Printers Australia’s General Manager, stated that Fuji Xerox has a “great relationship” with Toner Warehouse, with the new deal the “logical next step [as] Toner Warehouse provides strong support for its resellers and consequently has a very loyal customer base”. Borg added that the agreement “extends Fuji Xerox’s market reach and ensures we are well positioned to support our ever-increasing network of partners”.
Toner Warehouse’s Managing Director Isabel Russell noted of the deal: “There has been a growing demand for both Fuji Xerox consumables and hardware products within our customer base. We have expanded our internal sales team to support the new agreement and to support our loyal resellers.”
