A job advert online has showcased the company’s need for someone to “handle corporate finance” as well as mergers and acquisitions.
JobStreet hosts the job advert for the role, with responsibilities including preparing financial budgets, reviewing financial reports, advising senior management on financial decisions and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
The interesting aspects of the job role’s responsibilities centre around acquisition and expansion, with the prospective employee monitoring cash flow for “capital expansion”, performing “financial analysis on the acquisition of target companies”, assisting management in “reviewing and restructuring the target companies”, handling corporate finance “including merger and acquisition”.
The company would also require the financial manager to “represent the Group externally to media, government agencies, funding agencies and the general public”, with job requirements including both intellectual and work experience.
Jadi recently opened a new toner production facility in Malaysia, and last year reported an 83 percent decrease in earnings for the first half of 2012.
