Totalpost Services Plc has announced that it has recently won eight new contracts with accountants in the UK, with the company offering “bespoke and transparent” mailroom packages relating to the supply of franking machines and mail processing.

Tow of the accountants recently signing a contract with Totalpost, Howard Matthews Partnership of Harrogate and the Financial management Bureau of Kendal, had been “frustrated by hidden charges” and a lack of personal service before turning to Totalpost, with Senior Partner, Howard Matthews commenting: “We were looking for a new supplier as we were tired of the hidden costs experienced through our previous original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier. Totalpost were the only company to give us a full and thorough explanation of our mailing options.”

The Financial Management Bureau were also dissatisfied with their previous supplier’s ability to address breakdowns, and issues and extra charges were often held against them, particularly when postal price changes were introduced. Gill Forrester, Director of HR & Compliance at the Financial Management Bureau, said: “Like any business we do not like unplanned expenditure, therefore to be able to have a plan for our mailing needs that covered all costs gave us peace of mind. Additionally because Totalpost presented all the options to us we felt that the service given was very transparent and therefore trustworthy.”

Totalpost claims to help these companies by assessing their needs and suggesting options, drawing up an individual plan including costs such as rental of the franking machine, postage advice and maintenance, with no hidden extra charges, reducing the postage costs the accountants had previously paid.

Mark Wright, Territory Sales Manager at Totalpost, commented: “Every company has different mailing needs and priorities and the best way to help companies to make savings is to assess their needs individually. It is also important to ensure each customer has one point of contact should they have any queries as well as the backup of a UK based team.”
