The postal supplies wholesaler has produced hybrid cartridges for the IS-240 and IS-280.
The company stated that the new cartridges are available in red or blue ink, and are designed for use in Neopost’s IS-240 and IS-280 franking machines. The “hybrid” design of the cartridges refers to their construction, from a single cartridge that is “emptied, cleaned, filled and tested individually” before being placed into a “new housing with all new electronic circuits”.
MML Trading added that “unlike remanufactured cartridges, hybrids do not rely on the need to source empty franking machine cartridges”, which means it can “supply unrestricted quantities of the cartridges to customers.
