The range presented at its World Forum in Asia includes a new inkjet printer.
ITWire reported that the business products and services launch follows a recent consumer products launch, with new HP Pro and Elite PCs announced alongside a new inkjet printer and a help desk service for large corporate consumers.
The new PCs include all-in-one designs and machines that feature “optional touchscreens and NFC capability”, whilst the new inkjet printer is the Officejet 7610, which is an all-in-one networkable business inkjet machine, which the site notes can handle papers up to 13 x 19 inches (33 x 48 centimetres). Related to the printer launch is a pay-by-the-page plan for “certain business printers and all-in-ones”, as well as Priority Services help desks and IT resources for large corporate clients.
The OEM has also announced the capability for its own mobile devices to be able to “remotely view graphics” from workstations, as well as an integration of the mobile printing application ePrint Enterprise with “secure printing from mobile devices”. Pricing and availability, ITWire added, were not available at the time of the announcement.
